Contents Ff. 96r-98v, the final folios of MS 151, contain a constitution published in 1317 by Pope John XXII. This bull, 'Quorundam exigit' was Pope John's attempt to resolve the heated debate between factions of the Franciscans, over the matter of poverty. Contents MS 151/ff. 52r-60r is a 13th-century bull from Pope Clement V. called Exivi de Paradiso, the bull from 1312 was meant to negotiate a compromise between two disputing factions of the Franciscan Order. The dispute was over the matter of apostolic poverty.
